Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you, takes physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us by a clear statement (for example, by email to sales@purespeclab.com). You may use the model cancellation form at the bottom of this policy, but it is not obligatory.

Hygiene Exemption for Opened Food Supplements

The right to cancel may not apply where the hygiene seal has been broken on sealed goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons. This may apply to our food supplement capsules once opened. This does not affect your rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods.

Returning Goods

You must return goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your cancellation. Contact us at sales@purespeclab.com before returning.

You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Refunds

We will refund you no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods. Your refund will include the standard outward delivery charge, except where you chose a more expensive delivery option — in which case we refund only the standard cost. Refunds are made to your original payment method.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at sales@purespeclab.com with your order number and a description or photo. We will arrange a replacement or full refund. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not limited by any timescale in this policy.

Cancelling Before Dispatch

Contact us immediately at sales@purespeclab.com and we will do our best to stop the order. If already dispatched, your 14-day cancellation right applies on receipt.
